Press Release: We woke up one morning to the news that the Nigerian Senate was in the process of legalizing the marriage of ‘minors’. The argument was made that this practice is supported by certain religious beliefs and as such, not legalizing the practice will be tantamount to alienating the segment of the population that belong to the same religious faith. After all the hullabaloo about the issue that saw a lot of online petitions and the like, we have since moved on from the subject.

An occurrence that was widely covered in the media earlier this week however brought the subject to the surface again. A Yemeni girl aged 8 died of internal bleeding after she was violated by a 40 year old man who had married her. YC, a budding rapper that’s been enjoying some level of renown lately for his works such as ‘Pass me’ and ‘Smile on Me’, decided to take up this issues and more on this socially conscious song which he titles ‘PIP’.

While other rappers have taken for granted, the power of their craft using it instead to scramble for the number 1 spot of an ‘interesting’ list compiled by one of the popular blogs, YC has chosen instead to use his skills to address this issues and hopefully leave a positive mark on the state of affairs of the country as he spits “I never really used to care about these things but I aint even 21 and I’ve already seen things/seen a girl’s future, taken without an option. tears drained from her body like fat in liposuction”. Dayo Adeneye (D1) In Paternity Scandal...His UK Love Child Expose

There`s definitely a top secret popular broadcaster, Dayo Adeneye a.k.a D1 would not want anybody to know if he has his way but unfortunately the beans has been spilled. The business partner of the famous Kenny Ogungbe of PrimeTime Entertainment fame is sure having sleepless night over his amorous affair with a lady who`s based in the UK. 

According to sources, Dayo Adeneye must have bitten more than he can chew as his unguarded extra marital affairs has started to hunt him as plans to get rid of the pregnancy which his UK mistress had for him was abortive leaving D1 at crossroads.

This office gathered reliably that D1 met this Calabar born babe, Susan Ekpe during the 2009 Nottinghill Carnival and the duo has been closely inseparable since then to the extent that D1 found her house in London as second home and was even at his best when Susan came to Nigeria for the first time, learnt he sent his car to pick her at the airport and also spoilt her silly during her stay.

The source who`s close to the lovebirds hinted that the once bubbly Susan is now a sad lady as she now has to nurture and fend, all alone for her almost 2 years old child, a bouncing baby girl who`s D1`s perfect replica.

We were told that, D1 had actually been strict with the use of condom during the constant relationship that lasted almost 4 years until he decided to go it `raw` and feel the natural depth of Susan`s `canal` one fateful evening.

In our facts finding mission, we tried to get in touch with Dayo Adeneye for his own side of the story, when this office got him, he was so attentive but the moment he heard the name, Susan Ekpe, he quickly cut off the phone, and we however rang him back severally but he ignored the calls. The new video, ‘Warn Yourself’, was shot in Brooklyn and Lagos. In the video, Omawumi attempted a bit of choreography which was choreographed by America’s Got Talent Choreographer, Victor Sho and Nigerian award winning dancer/choreographer, Kaffy. While Victor co-ordinated the Brooklyn shooting where he played the lead role, Kaffy co-ordinated that of Nigeria. The high budget video was directed by Mega.


The album contains hits tracks such as Somori, Bottom Belle, I Go Go, If You Ask Me, Stay Alive and Warn Yourself featuring Wizkid.

EDO STATE GOVERNOR ADAMS OSHIOMOLE AWARDS STOWAWAY KID SCHOLARSHI​P

Stowaway Kid, Daniel Oikhena has been offered another scholarship, this time by the Edo State Governor, Governor Adams Oshiomole, to take charge of his education up to the highest heights.

The young boy and the Managing Director of FAAN, George Uiesi, paid a courtesy visit to Edo State Governor Adams Oshiomhole yesterday Wednesday Sept. 11th.

In the statement, the governor said,

“Without meaning to encourage anyone else, we decided to support him by sending him to one of the top secondary schools in Edo State that is owned by the Government.

The reason for opting for a boarding school is that we think that there is need to closely watch him which his parents could not do. He is an intelligent young man with uncommon challenges, but one that has a vision.

We had him examined by people who should know and the result confirmed that he is normal."
