Talented female act, Becky Enyioma, born and bred in Port Harcourt, began singing professionally at age 17 when she recorded her first song with Port Harcourt music producer and singer—Rolly Ajomiwe and Reggae Artiste Pupa Say. Later Becky was introduced to Geraldo Pino who employed her as a singer with the ‘Geraldo Pino and his extended family band.’ During this time, Becky was a student at the University of Port Harcourt studying Theatre Arts and she appeared on her first Nollywood production alongside Rita Dominic and Francis Duru in 1998.



Becky sang with Pino’s band for two years and then went further to own her own band. 2003 saw the birth of her first album titled ‘Someone to Hold’ and music videos directed by Sam Dede. Then she played a supporting actress in a Nollywood film production directed by Opa Williams and starring Sam Dede and Ireti Doyle. 2005, she was signed with Lagos-based record company and her second album ‘Don’t lose it’ was born. Becky then left the country for the United Kingdom, and back into University.

She attended the University of Aberdeen and holds the Master of Arts Degree in English Literature, Film and Visual Culture, and an MSc in Management, Economics and International Relations. During this time, she wrote a book and recorded her third Album titled ‘Fear No More’ which is only available on the Internet.

She returned to Nigeria in 2012, and worked on new single titled ‘Gimme Something’. She describes music as something she cannot run away from, no matter how much she tried.

Britain’s Got Talent’ Host Alesha Dixon is Expecting a Baby! Meet Her Nigerian Model/Dancer Beau Azuka Ononye

‘Britain’s Got Talent’ host Alesha Dixon is expecting her first child, with her boyfriend – dancer and model,Azuka Ononye .

According to the Daily Mail UK, the 34-year-old star has known her 32-year old beau for as long as seven years but their relationship didn’t start until last year. It has also been reported that Azuka was also a backing dancer for Alesha.

In a statement with the Daily Mail UK, her spokesman said:

“Alesha Dixon and her partner Azuka Ononye are delighted to announce they are expecting their first child later this year. Alesha and Azuka are looking forward to this happy chapter in their life and would request privacy to enjoy this happy and most important event. Further details will be given at the appropriate time.

Alesha was married to former So Solid Crew member MC Harvey until 2006 but I’m sure a lot of her fans are glad that she has found love again.

Due to her colour discoloration, Nollywood actress and singer (hic) Tonto Dikeh name was recently screened out among the actresses who were selected for Red Cross Society of Nigeria, Lagos chapter Celebrity Health Ambassadors.

According to information, the talented actress did not cross the scrutinizing lines to become Red Cross Ambassador for so many reason one of which is her personality problem, and of course her skin pigmentation as she could not pass the health and personality selection exercise
