What is Idee’s Easy Cook Stew Mix

There is a new and unique way of cooking delicious meals – an easier way of cooking.

It is simple to prepare, it is natural with no chemicals like monosodium glutamate or preservatives, it is a mixture of fresh tomatoes, peppers, seasoning, salt, spices and all ingredients in a dry format to make meal preparation effortless. You can use the contents inside the sachet to cook meals like Jollof rice, Egusi soup, Efo riro, Stews, Moin moin, etc.

The idea to develop a dry powder mix that makes cooking easier was conceived from working long hours and the need to still cook for the family no matter how tired one was/is or how late one gets home.

The company came up with a formulation that is natural with no preservatives and no flavour enhancers. All natural fresh ingredients mix in a dry powder form. 

The developed mix was then researched extensively with consumers from diverse background over a period of one year before arriving at a formulation approved by NAFDAC.

It is essentially a dry powder stew, all you to do is add water and fry in oil to your taste whilst adding your cooked chicken, meat or fish. It is ready in five minutes maximum. For traditional soups like Egusi, Eforiro, Edikaikon all you do is change the oil from groundnut oil to red palm oil and add your dry fish, stock fish, vegeatables etc and it ready in 5 minutes too. It is also used for Moin moin, Jollof rice, Jollof spaghetti, etc.  It is fantastic with Noodles! (cooked as Jollof Noodles).

HOW TO PREPARE IDEE’S EASY COOK STEW MIX

YOU NEED THREE THINGS –

Idee’s Stew mix, Water and Oil

1. Empty the contents of the sachet into a bowl. 2. Add water to achieve your desired consistency. 3. Add mixture to hot oil. 4. Add protein (chicken, fish, beef, etc) 5. Allow to simmer. Stew is ready. The whole process takes about five (3) minutes.
2. The same process is repeated for Egusi, Efo riro, etc. Just change the oil from Groundnut to Palm oil.

The standard 25g pack size feeds 3 people.
